Step into the role of Tenant Support Worker with Lookout Housing and Health Society in Duncan, BC, where your assistance will help adults navigate housing challenges and develop essential life skills. This position offers the chance to make a real difference in the lives of residents.

Reporting to the Site Manager, the Tenant Support Worker is dedicated to providing ongoing support to tenants by facilitating intakes and creating comprehensive service plans. You will engage in crisis interventions, assist with managing finances and medications, and keep detailed records of your interactions and assessments to promote tenant stability and independence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate tenant intakes and ongoing assessments




• Develop and monitor service plans tailored for each tenant
• Oversee financial management and medication support
• Keep accurate records and evaluative data for tenant support
• Mentor and support volunteers and students on site

Requirements:
• Diploma in Community Social Service
• Minimum two years related experience
• Class 5 BC Driver’s License if applicable
• OFA 1 First Aid Certificate
• Criminal Record Clearance for Vulnerable Sector
