This role requires a University Degree in a related field, along with Clinical Pastoral Education or equivalent qualifications. Ideal candidates will possess strong leadership skills, bilingual communication abilities in English and French, and prior experience in the spiritual sector. You’ll play a crucial role in fostering a positive interdisciplinary approach for quality resident care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide spiritual and religious accompaniment to residents
• Plan and evaluate spiritual programming per health standards




• Foster a positive interdisciplinary team environment
• Communicate effectively in various group settings
• Guide the spiritual development of staff and residents

Requirements:
