Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and resolve client hardware tickets efficiently
• Replace major components for Mac and Windows devices
• Document ticket status and resolutions for clients
• Collaborate with account and technical teams
• Assist clients with setup customization and troubleshooting

Requirements:
• At least 1 year in a hardware technician role
• Solid understanding of PC hardware and software
• Knowledge of MacOS, iOS, and printer issues
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Must be able to lift objects up to 50 lbs
