This role, starting in September/October, runs throughout the academic year and focuses on creating an inclusive environment. Ideal candidates will be patient and possess strong collaborative skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support a single pupil with Autism on a daily basis
• Implement communication strategies using PECS and Makaton
• Work alongside school staff and external advisors




• Maintain detailed records of student development
• Provide a calm and supportive presence for the pupil

Requirements:
• Experience working with special needs in primary education
• Understanding of PECS and Makaton preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Patience and adaptability in the classroom
• Potential for permanent role after one year
