Enhance food safety standards as a Sanitation Team Member at our carbon-neutral food company in Hanover, ON. We are looking for dependable individuals to start their shifts at 5:30 AM or 6 AM.

As part of our hatchery team, you will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing hatchery equipment and facilities. Your role is crucial for maintaining high standards in animal care and food safety. Collaborating effectively with team members will help support our daily operations and meet production targets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sanitize hatchery equipment and surroundings thoroughly
• Manage the startup and shutdown of the tray washer
• Clean hatch trays and prepare them for reuse
• Power hose heavily soiled trays as needed
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness during setter sanitation on Wednesdays

Requirements:
• Reliable attendance record and robust punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Comfortable working in humid conditions
• Must be able to lift 30 to 50 lbs regularly
• Familiarity with Animal Welfare procedures essential
