• Liaise with customers for load status and inquiries




• Support Fleet Managers with customer requirements
• Accurately enter orders and manage delivery details in TMS
• Contribute to continuous improvement of service processes

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in customer service or equivalent
• Bilingual (French/English) preferred
• Solid relationship-building orientation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience in TMS is an asset
