Lead actuarial initiatives as a Senior Actuary specializing in pension administration. Your expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing operations and ensuring regulatory compliance.

As an experienced Senior Actuary, you will support the Director by managing complex actuarial matters and implementing strategies that improve pension administration processes. Your focus will include providing insights on benefit calculations, assessing impacts of legislative changes, and mentoring junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead on actuarial standards and pension calculations
• Oversee improvements to processes and data integrity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system changes
• Provide UAT guidance and ensure operational reliability




• Support actuarial valuations and special projects

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or actuarial science
• Acquired actuarial designation (ASA/ACIA, FSA/FCIA)
• At least seven years of experience in pension administration
• Robust communication and leadership abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
