Make a lasting impact as an Early Childhood Assistant at the Child Development Institute (CDI). This role focuses on providing a nurturing and safe environment for children in a daytime, on-site position.

CDI is looking for a dedicated Early Childhood Assistant to join the Fraser Mustard Early Learning Centre as a floater for a contract position. You will assist the RECE in creating a supportive atmosphere while monitoring children's activities and development. Your contributions will ensure adherence to relevant educational standards while promoting positive interactions with families.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise children to ensure safety and health
• Conduct daily attendance and headcounts
• Help prepare and manage classroom activities




• Develop relationships with parents and caregivers
• Follow established behavior guidance policies consistently

Requirements:
• Completion of Early Childhood Assistant certification or equivalent experience
• Valid Standard First Aid Certificate
• Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse families
• Willingness to be adaptable and adaptable
• Physical ability to assist children as needed
