Universal Music Canada is looking for a passionate Director of People, Inclusion & Culture to collaborate with the leadership team. You will handle HR operational responsibilities, influence employee initiatives, and support organizational changes. The Director will promote a positive employee experience by directing talent development and fostering a culture of inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic HR initiatives
• Address workplace culture and employee relations




• Facilitate onboarding processes and offboarding procedures
• Manage compliance with HR regulations and processes
• Leverage technology to enhance HR productivity

Requirements:
• Over 10 years of HR Business Partner experience
• Background in creative industries preferred
• Solid leadership and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of Canadian employment laws
• Degree in Human Resources or similar qualification
