This position plays a crucial role in maintaining high service levels and ensuring compliance during investment processing. Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate the processing of investment products
• Take ownership of quality in assigned files
• Monitor and follow up on transfers with carriers




• Communicate with advisors regarding missing details
• Address investments-related challenges proactively

Requirements:
• At least 2 years’ investment industry experience
• Desirable designations: FLMI, ACS, AIAA
• Proven organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Proficient in English and French for effective communication
• Experience with WealthServ and Microsoft Office Suite
