Your role will involve hands-on work with heavy equipment while ensuring compliance with safety standards and effective project planning. You'll monitor crew performance and assist with crucial maintenance activities throughout the Alberta highway system.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate required heavy machinery including snowplows
• Maintain highways while contributing to Labourer tasks
• Conduct inspections and safety toolbox meetings




• Aid in strategic planning to ensure milestone achievements
• Address health and safety issues promptly

Requirements:
• Hold a valid Class 1, 2, or 3 driver’s license
• Supervisory background in highway maintenance or related fields
• Experience with snow plowing preferred
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Completion of mandatory pre-employment tests
