Drive change as an Inclusive Workforce Development Specialist with Goodwill Industries of Alberta, supporting the Youth@Work program. Help youth aged 18-29 overcome barriers and achieve meaningful employment through community collaboration.

This full time role enables you to create customized employment solutions in partnership with local employers. You will coach both businesses and individuals, fostering understanding and acceptance of diverse workforce needs. Your strategic outreach and documentation skills will be instrumental in tracking progress and maintaining relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage local employers to identify inclusive hiring opportunities
• Run outreach initiatives to promote job openings




• Educate employers on adaptive hiring practices
• Coach individuals through job search and application processes
• Coordinate and document service delivery accurately

Requirements:
• 2 years post-secondary education is preferred
• At least 1 year's experience in customer service or social sectors
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential
• Passion for promoting inclusive practices
