As a Success Coach, you will support students in meeting personal goals, develop engaging group programs, and promote positivity in educational transitions. Your insights will nurture resilience and community engagement for youth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Meet with students 1:1 to create personal growth goals
• Engage caregivers to support their child’s development




• Develop and facilitate engaging group programming
• Support a positive identity and cultural awareness
• Encourage youth participation in healthy summer activities

Requirements:
• Degree in Child & Youth Care or Social Work
• Experience with diverse populations
• Robust communication and caseload management skills
• Valid police checks and driver’s license
• First Aid Level C CPR certification required
