Key Responsibilities:
• Manage telephone communications and relay critical information
• Maintain and accurately document patient records
• Process admissions, transfers, and discharges efficiently
• Coordinate diagnostic tests and manage appointments
• Monitor supplies and adapt to changing priorities
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent
• Accredited Unit Clerk training or equivalent
• One year of Unit Clerk experience in healthcare
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Solid communication and organizational skills
