Reporting directly to the CEO, you will guide interdisciplinary teams, build partnerships with National Sport Organizations, and implement effective performance plans. Your leadership will ensure OTP's investments align with enhancing Canada’s medal potential across sports.Key Responsibilities:
Implement evidence-based performance approaches for athletes
Guide technical assessments and reviews of sports programs
Collaborate on national and international Games planning
Monitor and report on performance investment outcomes
Cultivate a high-performing technical teamRequirements:
Advanced degree in sport-related discipline or equivalent
10 years of leadership experience in high-performance sports
Extensive knowledge of Canada’s sport system and stakeholders
Solid analytical and strategic planning skills
