As a Safety Supervisor, you report directly to the Regional Safety Manager. This role includes improving the Safety and Health Program, conducting thorough inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You'll be instrumental in coaching employees, managing incident investigations, and maintaining safety documentation to promote a safe working setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and enhance the Safety and Health Program
Conduct site inspections and hazard assessments regularly
Monitor compliance with safety policies and regulations
Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions
Provide safety training and orientation for staff
Requirements:
Experience in safety management within construction
Solid knowledge of health and safety legislation
Proven ability to conduct safety audits
