• Lead the Mental Wellness team with oversight and coaching • Manage employee lifecycle processes including recruitment and performance • Conduct regular quality assurance file reviews • Develop and maintain program policies and documentation standards • Collaborate with external partners for integrated service delivery

Requirements: • University Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field • 1-3 years of supervisory experience in mental health services • 3-5 years of experience in the mental health field • Knowledge of Indigenous health and culturally grounded practices • Strong communication and organizational skills
