As part of TPH, you will work closely with the Manager to respond to customer needs promptly. You'll create detailed quotes and ensure that every job is executed efficiently before deadlines. This position requires a proactive approach and the ability to stay organized while delivering high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Manager with timely customer inquiry responses
• Develop precise work orders based on customer needs
• Expedite workflows to ensure timely production
• Maintain accurate customer data and relationships
• Prepare print-ready files from provided artwork

Requirements:
• Experience in Adobe Suite and MS Dynamics
• Customer service experience, preferably within retail
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly detail-oriented with multitasking skills
• Reliable and punctual, demonstrating a solid work ethic
