In this pivotal role, you'll support the Manager of Season Seat Services by acting as a brand ambassador and maintaining relationships with over 1,000 Season Seat accounts. Your proactive approach in responding to customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction will contribute to ongoing revenue growth. Additionally, you'll play a vital role during game days by ensuring exceptional experiences for ticketed guests.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute touchpoints for customer retention
• Manage ticketing issues and ensure high service standards




• Record client information in CRM for accuracy
• Lead Season Seat Holder event preparations and execution
• Generate detailed account financial statements for reporting

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or demonstrated experience
• 1-3 years in hospitality or sports-related service
• Technical proficiency with Microsoft products
• Experience with TM Archtics beneficial
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
