Take on the rewarding role of Certified Nursing Assistant at Avamere Rehab of Cascade Park in Vancouver. Provide compassionate care that respects resident wishes.

This position, available for full-time evening shifts and PRN, focuses on delivering routine nursing services according to individual care plans. You'll engage with residents to ensure their comfort while also preparing them for activities and appointments. Your role will be crucial in maintaining effective communication among the nursing team and fostering a caring workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and address residents’ personal care needs
• Assess daily care plans for necessary updates
• Report changes in residents’ health to supervisors
• Assist in daily living and social programs
• Cultivate a friendly and supportive setting

Requirements:
• At least a 10th-grade education
• Washington state CNA licensure required
• Valid CPR/BLS certification
• Strong passion for caregiving
• Ability to create a positive atmosphere
