Key Responsibilities:
• Perform thorough intake assessments for clients
• Develop personalized treatment plans for recovery
• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions
• Organize educational programs and community activities
• Engage in cooperative case management with other services
Requirements:
• Diploma in Applied Counselling or Bachelor’s degree
• At least two years supervised counselling experience
• Familiarity with addiction and mental health fields
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Indigenous customs preferred
