Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the Guest Experience team
• Monitor service execution to ensure elevated guest interactions




• Manage reservations and hospitality logistics
• Promote wine club memberships and sales strategies
• Coach and mentor team members for optimal performance

Requirements:
• 2–5 years in guest experience or hospitality
• Experience in coaching and supporting service teams
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Ability to utilize hospitality systems
• Serving It Right certification preferred
