As a Spa Reservations Agent, you'll play a crucial role in providing engaging service while handling reservations and enhancing guest experiences at our renowned Spa. Your contributions will help us exceed client expectations and promote our Spa offerings effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately manage and respond to Spa reservations
• Generate and audit daily Spa reports for effectiveness
• Partner with Sales and Reception teams for seamless service
• Assist guests in choosing Spa treatments and retail options




• Support various Spa operations and reception duties as assigned

Requirements:
• Experience in sales or reservations is an asset
• Familiarity with Opera PMS, CRS or Book4Time preferred
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and shifts
