Our Toronto Beaches studio is seeking a proficient Ballet Teacher for the 2026-27 school year. Candidates must excel in instructing en pointe and have experience in competition choreography.

We are searching for veteran instructors who have at least three years of experience teaching recreational and competition ballet for students aged 8-18. The ideal applicant will help create a fun and productive environment in our professional studio. While RAD certification is desirable, it’s not mandatory if you have the right teaching experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Teach ballet classes with a focus on en pointe techniques
• Create competition choreography for dance teams
• Work collaboratively with fellow staff to enhance the studio experience
• Support a fun and safe learning workplace
• Maintain student records and monitor progress

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of ballet teaching experience
• Strong background in competition choreography
• RAD certification is a plus
• Excellent team player and communication skills
