You will work directly under the Resident Programs Manager, responsible for planning and implementing engaging activities tailored to each resident's needs. Your role will involve setting up spaces for events, transporting residents, monitoring their well-being, and maintaining essential records. Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and develop engaging individual and group activities
• Organize and clean activity areas as required
• Track resident behavior and report any changes




• Maintain accurate records of programs and participation
• Communicate effectively with registered nursing staff

Requirements:
• Successful completion of a Recreation and Leisure Services program
• Experience designing programs for cognitively impaired residents
• Empathy and professionalism in all interactions
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
