Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients in maintaining stable living conditions
• Develop personalized plans to tackle their challenges
• Ensure crisis intervention and support as needed
• Maintain detailed documentation and records
• Engage in training for new staff and volunteers
Requirements:
• Relevant diploma or Certificate or Grade 12 plus two years' experience
• Class 5 Driver's License and Occupational First Aid Level 1
• Preferably with one year in case management
• Ability to handle challenging situations effectively
• Criminal Record Clearance for vulnerable sector
