Longboard seeks a dedicated individual to oversee the Powder Coating team while ensuring that production meets both quality and efficiency standards. Your expertise will help train new hires and guide the team through daily operations. This role combines leadership with hands-on responsibilities, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and train team members on secure machine operations
• Ensure production tasks are completed to specification and on schedule
• Conduct quality checks on products to ensure accuracy




• Develop solutions for technical challenges affecting production
• Document production performance and quality metrics

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production roles necessary
• Required: Grade 12 education or equivalent
• Familiarity with LO/TO safety and PPE standards
• Demonstrated leadership and organizational capabilities
• Ability to lift materials of 25 lbs. repetitively
