In this full time role at OFNTSC, you will provide essential project coordination and administrative support to enhance the effectiveness of housing initiatives. Ideal candidates will utilize their time management and organizational skills to tackle various administrative tasks, contributing to community development and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support administrative functions for housing and infrastructure projects
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, inspections, and training
• Prepare and manage essential project documentation
• Review and process invoices submitted by subcontractors
• Compile monthly project status reports for team leaders
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; preference for relevant diplomas
• Familiarity with CMHC housing programs is beneficial
• Experience in administrative support roles highly preferable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite essential
• Reliable vehicle and a Class G Ontario driver's license
