Boardwalk is looking for a dedicated Cleaner to maintain our living spaces in top-notch condition. The role involves comprehensive cleaning, requiring at least two years of experience.

In this role, you will ensure that our residential buildings are clean and inviting, supporting our mission to provide a quality living experience. Working independently and as part of a team, your attention to detail and strong commitment to service will shine. You will perform a variety of cleaning duties throughout our properties.

Key Responsibilities:
• Clean building entrances, halls, and common areas regularly
• Complete cleaning of vacant apartments and touch-ups
• Manage garbage collection tasks efficiently
• Help with snow removal when necessary
• Maintain and check all cleaning equipment

Requirements:
• Requires 2 years of cleaning experience
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must own a reliable vehicle
• Solid customer service skills are essential
• Physical stamina for job demands is necessary
