This position emphasizes the incorporation of Christian values and spiritual guidance for youth and their families. You will also play a crucial role in recruiting and training volunteers and monitoring compliance with SAMIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee youth discipleship and curriculum coordination
• Conduct outreach activities within the community
• Provide support and pray for youth and parents
• Recruit, screen, and orient volunteer leaders
• Track and report statistics for youth programs

Requirements:
• Completed a formal two-year post-secondary education
• Minimum one year related experience with youth
• Theological training or youth leadership qualifications
• Clean driver’s license history
• Proficiency in English; Gitxsan is a plus
