Key Responsibilities:
• Develop engaging communication materials for internal audiences
• Review and enhance clarity of store-facing communications
• Support navigation and structure of communication platforms
• Compile reports and survey results to aid decision-making




• Identify opportunities for continuous communication process improvements

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Communications or related field
• 2-4 years in communications operations or digital platform administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office365 suite
• Solid organizational skills with attention to detail
• Experience in retail or franchise settings is an asset
