Support the Indigenous Governance and Business Management Program as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Lethbridge. Inspire and engage students while facilitating their learning experiences.

This casual position offers an prospect to contribute to the IGBM 2500 course through in-class participation every Tuesday night. Responsibilities include leading small group activities, grading coursework, and working closely with instructors to ensure smooth class operations. Commitment to fostering an enriching learning environment is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Guide students through in-class discussions and activities
• Attend each class session for continuous interaction
• Evaluate student assessments following specified rubrics




• Supervise exams to maintain academic integrity
• Meet with instructors to align on course activities

Requirements:
• Experience in business or governance disciplines
• Preferably hold an undergraduate degree; senior students welcome
• Strong ties or understanding of Indigenous communities
• Willingness to self-identify as Indigenous/Aboriginal
• Dedication to nurturing academic excellence
