As an essential part of the Production Department at Magna, the Line Leader oversees and supports the production team. You will coordinate daily operations while ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety protocols. Your proactive approach to problem-solving and team engagement will help in achieving production targets and fostering a supportive work setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate daily start-of-shift meetings
• Enforce adherence to quality and safety standards
• Provide operational training to team members
• Monitor performance and initiate corrective actions

Requirements:
• Secondary School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• 3 years of hands-on manufacturing experience
• Leadership experience in the automotive industry
• Familiar with ISO and QMS standards
• Capable of performing diverse production tasks
