In this pivotal role, you will spend approximately 75% of your time focused on providing customer service. This involves greeting customers, processing orders, and addressing inquiries. The remaining 25% will involve supporting warehouse operations, including order picking and unloading trucks, ensuring a seamless process from inquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers with inquiries and orders
• Process sales orders, quotes, and returns efficiently
• Provide product consultation and assistance to clients




• Collaborate with the supply chain to resolve inquiries
• Support warehouse duties including picking and packing orders

Requirements:
• Solid customer service experience; warehouse background a plus
• Ability to lift up to 23kg (50lbs) for warehousing tasks
• Comfortable in varying environments with dust and temperature changes
• Excellent communication skills across departments
• Commitment to teamwork and timely order fulfillment
