Break down plans, packages, and features in a way people actually understand

Move interested customers from first hello to completed sign-up

Answer questions and handle concerns with patience and accuracy

Recommend the products that genuinely fit each household, not just whatever's easiest to sell

Track your daily activity and customer interactions

Stay sharp on current promotions and product details

Show up to team meetings and training sessions ready to get better
