Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and determine treatment needs for clients
• Create and deliver tailored counselling sessions

Requirements:
• Diploma in Applied Counselling or Bachelor’s degree
• Two years of supervised counselling experience preferred
• Experience with Motivational Interviewing techniques
• Solid organizational and documentation skills
• Preferred fluency in Indigenous languages
