ErinoakKids Center for Treatment and Development is seeking a Program Support Facilitator for in-centre teams in Brampton. The role combines behavioural intervention with respite services to aid children and young adults with autism and complex medical or behavioural needs.
You will help clients engage in structured activities, develop communication and daily living skills, and work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure compassionate, client-centered care in an onsite setting.
