This contract position is pivotal for improving youth lives through community programming until December 2026. The Youth Support Worker engages with moderate- to high-risk youth, offering life skills support, mentoring, and facilitating essential services. You will collaborate with community staff to foster protected, empowering environments and advocate for youth needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide ongoing life skills mentoring and support
• Coordinate activities and special events for youth
• Facilitate community programming across various locations
• Engage youth and build strong therapeutic relationships
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting

Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in Child/Youth-related field
• Minimum three years' experience with at-risk youth
• Valid driver’s license with clean abstract
• Current First Aid/CPR certification
• Therapeutic Crisis Intervention training
