Become a Concierge at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, providing exceptional service in the new Basin Glacial Waters wellness center. This full-time role offers a unique prospect in Banff National Park.

In this permanent role, you will facilitate booking experiences and guide guests through their wellness journey. Strong customer service skills and an organized approach to reservations are crucial for success. Experience with spa services and treatments will enhance guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to inquiries and manage reservations for Basin services
• Work with Fairmont Spa to offer treatment options
• Maintain reservation accuracy and generate reports
• Assist team members during busy times as needed
• Perform other tasks related to concierge duties

Requirements:
• Reservations or sales experience preferred
• Familiarity with Opera PMS and related systems a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Willing to work varied shifts and long hours
• Capable of lifting 20 lbs when necessary
