Key Responsibilities:
• Implement engaging curriculum for social and emotional growth
• Create activities that encourage exploration and creativity
• Document and observe children’s behavioral development
• Ensure safety following YMCA and health regulations
• Update parents on their children’s progress

Requirements:
• Work experience with children preferred
• Required Level 3 Child Care Certification (or in progress)
• Standard First Aid & CPR – C needed
• Must complete a Police Information Check
• Familiar with tablets and Microsoft Office
