Memory & Company is seeking Casual Support Team Members to work in Oakville and Markham! As a key part of our caregiving team, you will support residents through personalized care and engaging activities.

This flexible position allows you to work in a vibrant atmosphere, ensuring our Members are comfortable and cared for. Applicants should show compassion, be capable of personal care, and enjoy connecting with individuals. A positive attitude and team spirit will be crucial for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with the execution of daily Member activities
• Provide personal care and companionship
• Facilitate dining and toileting assistance
• Conduct regular safety checks and ensure well-being
• Participate in maintaining cleanliness and order

Requirements:
• PSW certificate or similar qualification
• Experience with dementia or related conditions preferred
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Able to handle physical demands of the job
• Creative and enthusiastic in program leading
