• Assist customers in understanding their needs and recommend products
• Maintain visual presentation and product organization
• Engage in promotional activities and customer surveys




• Respond to customer inquiries with logic and positive judgment
• Stay informed on outdoor lifestyle trends and innovations

Requirements:
• One year of experience in customer service or sales is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Require a Restricted and Non-Restricted Possession and Acquisition License
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Understanding of outdoor lifestyle and products an asset
