Key Responsibilities:
• Support multiple crews and sites as needed
• Operate the Hustler mower effectively
• Apply herbicide once certified or trained

Requirements:
• Proven experience in grounds maintenance
• Valid driver’s license; trailer experience preferred
• Self-sufficient and able to lead crews
