Working part time with flexible shifts, you will assist clients with personal care while fostering their dignity and independence. The role involves interacting with a diverse team to support patients' overall well-being in a compassionate setting focused on mental health assessments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with grooming, hygiene, and dressing tasks
• Maintain social and emotional support for clients
• Record and monitor nutrition and hydration intake
• Build strong relationships with clients and families
• Deliver preventative skin care to meet patient needs

Requirements:
• Current Personal Support Worker certification required
• Experience in an Acute Care environment preferred
• Training in U-First and Gentle Persuasive Approach beneficial
• Background in working with dementia and mental health
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
