In this pivotal role, you will take pride in providing high-quality heat pump installations. As part of Jetson’s mission, you will remove gas equipment and install heat pumps while ensuring customer satisfaction. Strong attention to detail is critical, along with excellent communication abilities. This is a full-time, hands-on position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute complete heat pump system installations
• Conduct refrigerant recovery and ensure proper system charging
• Prepare installation spaces and read schematics for accuracy




• Ensure compliance with building codes on all jobs
• Monitor quality standards and maintain clean work areas

Requirements:
• Hands-on HVAC installation experience required
• EPA Section 608 Certification mandated
• Solid knowledge of local building codes
• Excellent communication skills with customers
• Capacity to solve problems and handle physical tasks
