We are looking to hire two full-time line cooks for our Davis Bay establishment. This permanent position offers 30 to 40 hours a week, including evenings and weekends. Candidates should be able to manage their station effectively during busy services and be ready to grow across various stations like grill, sauté, and fry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook menu items across various stations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station
• Follow recipes, portioning, and plating standards
• Assist with food prep and kitchen rotation tasks
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen team

Requirements:
• Around 1 year of commercial kitchen experience
• Comfort with allergy and gluten-free protocols
• FOODSAFE Level 1 certification preferred
• Ability to work during evenings and weekends
• Strong team communication skills
