This contract position reports to the Supervisor, Collections, and requires a proactive approach in managing accounts in arrears. You will focus on minimizing financial losses while supporting clients in identifying their budgeting needs. Your role encompasses the administration of portfolio accounts, collections of outstanding fees, and adherence to company policies regarding AML requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct investigations on delinquent accounts regularly
• Assist clients in creating effective financial plans
• Collect on a variety of outstanding debts and expenses




• Process bankruptcies and file claims as needed
• Evaluate financial documents for accuracy and compliance

Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English is mandatory
• Solid problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience with deadlines in a busy office setting
• Knowledge of MS Office and adaptability to technologies
• Ability to engage in shift work effectively
