About Us

Superior Asphalt Paving is a Winnipeg-based asphalt and concrete paving company with more than 50 team members during the spring and summer construction season. We work on a variety of commercial, industrial, and residential projects throughout Winnipeg and surrounding areas.

Our busy construction season runs primarily from spring through fall, and we are looking for experienced drivers to join our team for the season. Depending on the position and availability, there may also be opportunities to continue working with us during our winter snow removal operations.

We take pride in our work, our equipment, and our team. We are looking for dependable people who take pride in doing the job right and working safely.

Requirements

- Valid Class 1 or Class 3 driver's licence
- Previous dump truck experience is required
- Experience operating tandem dump trucks is an asset
- Must be able to drive standard transmission
- Clean and acceptable driver's abstract
- Reliable and dependable




- Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
- Construction experience is an asset

Responsibilities
- Haul and load/unload aggregate, asphalt, and excavated material during the summer
- Operate dump trucks safely and efficiently on construction sites
- Complete daily vehicle inspections and maintain required records
- Keep daily records of tasks and materials
- Assist with winter operations, including sanding parking lots and hauling snow
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained truck
- Follow all company safety procedures
