- Conduct drilling QA/QC to ensure compliance with plans
- Perform borehole surveys and field verifications
- Assist with analysis and improve blasting performance
- Monitor vibration and maintain performance databases
- Collaborate with Engineering on continuous improvement Requirements:
- Education in Mining Engineering, Mine Technology, or similar
- Underground mining experience required
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Communication skills for effective teamwork
