Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and respond to staffing requests promptly
• Answer employee and public inquiries professionally




• Select suitable employees for service requests
• Schedule shifts using in-house software
• Maintain logs and produce required reports

Requirements:
• Excellent customer service abilities
• Transparent criminal record, eligible for security clearance
• Resident of Canada for at least 5 years
• Intermediate computer proficiency
• Ability to work under pressure
